And while it's been crafted from the ground up (using only the very best in sustainable sourced ingredients, of course) for rich meats like pork, we've found ourselves using this for adding deep, savory layers of flavor in everything from twice-baked potatoes, to seared asparagus, to kebabs, to homemade burgers. This richly flavored artisanal seasoning is great as a marinade and rub, and one of our favorite uses for this is in making a dipping sauce - just mix in with some sour cream, serve with some sliced crudités, and you've got a delicious appetizer in mere minutes.
