Vintage 1968 McDougall Residential Clusters Greenbelts Trails Print Mounted Art

I do not know anything about this artist, but the print is in good condition with some yellow spots in the sky due to age. The name of the artist is not on this print, however, I have several other similar prints so I believe it to be a McDougall from 1968, but I cannot be positive. Print measures 9.5" by 6.5" and is mounted (glued) to an 11" by 14" board.
