Old Fashioned Pancake Mix

Looking for a really easy, but especially delicious pancake mix.  Just add milk (or buttermilk), egg, and melted butter to the mix and heat up your skillet for the best pancakes!  Top with your favorite syrup and you and your family will be delighted with a great breakfast treat!  Dr. Pete loved cooking breakfast!  We often had these great pancakes for Sunday supper.  Whenever you cook them you are sure to enjoy them!!
