How to Use

1. Bring 8–10 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add 1 pouch and reduce to a simmer for 5–10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and let cool for 5–10 minutes until steam is warm — not hot.
4. Place pot on the floor or use a yoni steam seat. Steam for 20–30 minutes.
5. Discard herbs after use. 1-3 Steam Sessions.
