Fabiola - Gonaives

I am a soccer player from Gonaives. We practice on a green plain next to where the cows graze. We are known as the city of independence because this is where Haiti claimed its freedom from France in 1804. In the center of the town square, this independence is marked with a statue of Dessalines, the first Haitian ruler.
