Depending on product availability and your location, items in your order may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.

Tracking & Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, LUXEBYMIMI cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

1. Verify the shipping address provided.

2. Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We will gladly assist you by providing all available tracking details to help with your carrier investigation, but replacement or refund requests for lost/stolen packages cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
