Richardson 112 hats are known for their superior materials, durability, and craftsmanship, with a large selection of colorways available. We keep select styles in stock and can source additional options quickly. Processing times typically range from 5–14 business days depending on availability and order size.
Patch Size
Most patches are produced at a maximum size of approximately 3" wide by 2.75" tall. For best appearance and fit, we recommend a size around 2.5".
Design Work
Basic patch design setup is included with your order. If your logo file is low resolution, it may need to be recreated for optimal print or engraving quality. We offer logo recreation for a small fee and will always notify you in advance—no surprises. Orders of more than 10 hats receive complimentary logo recreation, even if a full redraw is required.

Due to listing limitations, not all hat and patch combinations can be shown. After purchase, we will contact you to confirm patch material, print or engraving method, and final hat color selections to ensure your order is produced exactly as requested.
