Gameboy Advance non oem, Spider-Man 3 video game cartridge. Game cartridge comes with a plastic protective case just like the picture shows.
Released in 2007 for the Game Boy Advance, Spider-Man 3 is a 2D side-scrolling beat 'em up developed by Vicarious Visions. Unlike its open-world counterparts on consoles, this version uses a level-based structure where players progress through Manhattan via a map screen.
Key Features
- Dual Suit Mechanics: Players can switch into the Black Symbiote Suit at will, which increases strength and agility. However, the suit is disabled if Spider-Man's health drops too low.
- Combat & Progression: The game features a revamped combat system with suit-specific finishers and combos. Players unlock ability enhancements, such as improved web moves and melee attacks, through natural progression.
- Boss Roster: Along with film villains like Sandman, Venom, and New Goblin, the GBA version includes exclusive comic book foes such as Electro.
- Visual Style: While the core gameplay is 2D side-scrolling, characters are rendered in 2.5D to provide more visual depth than traditional sprites.
Game Plot
The story loosely follows the third film's events but includes unique detours. It begins with Spider-Man stopping the "H-Bombers" and confronting Harry Osborn as the New Goblin. After being bonded with the alien symbiote, Peter faces off against Sandman and Electro before realizing the suit's corrupting influence. The game concludes with a final rooftop battle against Venom.
